Total renovation of an old Art Nouveau villa located in Cernobbio overlooking the Como Lake.
The customer chose this Villa as a holiday home, in fact, he lives in Dubai and travels a lot for work. He has chosen our company, who has some of the best electricians in Como in its team, to design and realization of different electrical and technological systems of the house.
We installed the electrical system, television and satellite systems and alarm system as well as all the arrangements for lighting. The burglar alarm system in particular can be managed remotely, this is fundamental due to the fact that the owners live in Dubai. They can check the status of the alarms and also arm and disarm the system using smartphones and tablets so they are able to grant service personell access to the villa for the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
