This luxury apartment represented a challenge for our company for both the complexity of the realization and due to the short time in which it was made.

The house is on two levels plus a mezzanine floor and is located in Como, inside the "Golf Club Monticello" residence and is equipped with all amenities.

During the total renovation we assisted the owner in the definition of all the details regarding the electrical and technological systems.

In addition to the electrical system there's an advanced home automation system that controls the lights (most of them dimmable), the drapes, the blinds, heating, air conditioning as well as a motorized mount for TV in the living room, a motorized lift for the master bedroom TV and all multimedia devices such as Blu-ray, Apple TV, MySky decoder, etc.

It is possible to control the home automation system not only by the traditional on-wall buttons, but even using a 7" in-wall touchscreen, two 3,5" in-wall touchscreens and through an App for smartphones and tablets.

These devices can handle the lights, varying intensity, apply scenarios (all on, all off, party mode, etc.), adjust the temperature or fan speeds, turn on the TV and set-top box and more.

Of course the owner is able to control his house from all over the world.
