A villa immerged in greenery in the province of Como, precisely inside the renowned "Cascina Pelada" residence.

The villa is characterized by large windows that almost make you lose the sense of the boundary between inside and outside. For the customer, we have managed the design and construction of all the technological systems, including the KNX home automation system that controls lighting, curtains and automations.

The multiroom audio system features Denon HEOS network audio players that can play music files stored on PCs, smartphones but also online content like Spotify, TuneIN and many others. The user, through smartphones and tablets App, can choose in which rooms to play music.

The loudspeakers' choice fell on high quality products, so we find Garvan perfectly flush mounted in-ceiling speakers and in the Home theatre zone we find some in-wall DALI Loudspeakers. In the living area there is also an in-wall motorised docking station for iPad. The iPad thus acts as a home control center.

We installed the alarm system which that protects the entire perimeter of the villa, all the doors and windows and all the interiors. This one is fully controllable via smartphones and tablets.

The Wi-Fi network coverage of the whole villa is made using professional Wi-Fi Access Points. Thanks to the design work made before the installation phase it was possible to predict the position of the Wi-FI Access Points so they are almost invisible to the view without affecting performance.

Even in lighting we given our contribution, in fact we provided solutions for lighting, almost exclusively made with LED systems. So we find spotlights totally hidden in the ceilings, dimmable LED strips, etc. Also the exterior are illuminated with in-ground fixtures provided with LED technology.

The electrical system is not less important: the villa has an outdoor infinity pool, a wellness room with sauna and turkish bath and a magnificent Gaggenau kitchen where there are several professional appliances. The owner, as we have seen in person, is a skilled and passionate master chef.
