An old villa overlooking the famous Lake Como was recovered and converted into a prestigious residence.
Our team was responsible for the design and construction of all the electrical and technological systems, video entry made with Comelit bus system, energy efficient lighting, and all the arrangements for security systems and TV / SAT.
The project was developed in collaboration with Bellagio Real Estate and Valli Costruzioni.
