Located right on the edge of the ancient city walls, the project is the complete refurbishment of an apartment sits on the 5th floor of an elegant and well-preserved residential building from the late ‘60s

3WIRE took care of electrical systems and KNX home automation.

Lighting scenarios and shutter control can be recalled from pushbuttons with RGB LEDs but also via voice commands. Through Alexa, Google Assistant and also Apple Siri it is fact possible to dim the lights or recall the "good night" scenario.

Climate control is demanded to smart thermostats that can be controlled via smartphones and through voice assistants.

The project is based on an organic development, defined by three arches (two in elevation and one in the plan) which intersect and give life to the new layout, bringing inside the space as much natural light as possible and, indeed, the beautiful view of the city.
